Job summary

You will work with the Office of Admissions and graduate units to coordinate application reviews, communications, and travel planning for outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of related experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-departmental communication on application requirements, timelines, and admission communications.
Plan, logistics, and execution of international recruitment activities, including travel itineraries and recruitment events.
Serve as primary contact for prospective and admitted international students via email, phone, and CRM messaging.
Prepare recruitment materials, presentations, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Track recruitment and enrollment metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain relationships with campus stakeholders, international partners, alumni, and counselors.
Assist graduate units with application tracking, document processing, and communications.
Represent UT Dallas at domestic and international recruitment events; travel is required.
