Job summary

The University of Texas at El Paso is seeking a Graduate School Coordinator to provide coordinating services, maintain official records, and implement policies across graduate education programs. You will plan and execute student support activities, review grant processes, and collaborate with campus partners to promote graduate opportunities.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of related experience, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three years of related experience and/or training to the essential duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Occasional traveling required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services and maintain official records under supervision.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement student support and professional development activities (virtual and in-person).
• Manage grants and travel grant review processes; support campus-wide events promoting graduate education.
• Build relationships with campus partners and engage external outreach for prospective students.
• Coordinate targeted communication campaigns via email and social media to raise awareness of Graduate School opportunities.
