Job summary

You will leverage your CRO/pharma background to shape market strategies, mentor staff, and collaborate with executives to meet growth targets while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or life sciences preferred.
• 15 years in CRO/pharma and/or sales, with 10 years of management responsibility.
• Proven track record in developing mid-level and high-level contacts.
• Strategic business sense with industry awareness from drug discovery to commercialization.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with policies and applicable law.
• Plan and direct work; evaluate performance and develop staff.
• Establish and manage a sales program to maximize growth.
• Provide direction and mentor sales staff for career progression.
• Identify opportunities via industry networks and proposal development.
• Maintain pipeline through active customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with senior management to select operations for proposals.
• Represent Sales Team to Senior Management on key updates.
• Research target markets, build relationships, and present IQVIA services.
• Ensure sales team training aligns with objectives.
