Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills in assessing customer data.
• Ability to meet demanding timelines and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff per policies and laws.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities with key decision-makers.
• Develop sales plans and coordinate contracts/proposals.
• Maintain relationships and cross-sell IQVIA services.
• Record all customer activities in CRM and report to Sales Management.
• Serve as liaison between customer and IQVIA teams.
