Job summary

The role requires extensive CRO services sales experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in accordance with policies and applicable legislation.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and guide development.
• Approve actions on HR matters, including salary administration.
• Establish and manage an effective sales program to maximize growth.
• Provide direction and support for sales staff, including performance mgmt and career progression.
• Use industry networks to help junior staff develop relationships and identify opportunities.
• Monitor Customer Account Plans and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate to select operations team members for proposal defense meetings.
• Participate in proposal preparation and defense meetings as needed.
• Represent Sales Team to Senior Management on key updates.
• Research target markets, build relationships, deliver presentations, and execute plans for IQVIA services.
• Ensure sales team is trained to meet objectives.
