Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in physical security engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience designing, deploying and operating security platforms at enterprise scale.
• Experience migrating from legacy PACS/CCTV to Genetec with cutover planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a global team of engineers for access control and video platforms.
• Provide end-to-end management of Genetec Security Center installation at scale.
• Plan migrations from legacy systems and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Plan updates, firmware upgrades, and change records with rollback validation.
• Onboard biometrics and video analytics solutions and drive KPIs/OKRs.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk/Compliance, Networks, and Facilities.
