You will own the engineering implementation of Genetec-based access control and CCTV platforms, migrating from legacy systems and leading a global team of engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in physical security engineering, strong Windows/Linux administration, and experience with network security, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and SIEM

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security engineering with global/team leadership experience.
• Hands-on Genetec Security Center architecture and operations at enterprise scale.
• Experience migrating legacy PACS/CCTV to Genetec with cutover planning.
• Strong Windows/Linux server admin, SQL, PowerShell, and Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team designing, deploying, and operating physical security platforms.
• Oversee end-to-end Genetec Security Center deployment and migrations.
• Plan updates, firmware upgrades, and change management with rollback strategies.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk/Compliance, and Facilities teams.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and drive continuous improvement.
