Job summary

Bogaard Group International is seeking an experienced Lead Security Systems Solutions Engineer to be embedded at a leading global technology and entertainment company. You will own the architecture and direction of the security technology ecosystem and lead the Solutions Engineering team from intake to completion.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise physical security systems, 3+ years in a leadership capacity, and Genetec Synergis certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and administering enterprise, multi-site physical security systems.
• 3+ years in a security systems architecture or technical leadership role.
• Genetec Synergis SC-STC-001 and/or SC-ETC-001 certification.
• Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and supporting physical security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and technical direction of the security technology ecosystem.
• Lead the Solutions Engineering team from intake through completion.
• Define and enforce architectural patterns, standards, and security requirements.
• Mentor engineers and manage SE programs including roadmaps, priorities, and resources.
