Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with Genetec V5.11+ and HA enterprise designs
• 3+ years designing scalable enterprise solutions (multi-tier, networking, security)
• 3+ years managing facility management systems
• Windows and Linux system administration
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Experience with change management methodologies
• Experience with identity access systems
• Ability to execute in a fast-paced agile process
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships for enterprise-wide solutions
• Self-starter with results orientation

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the Genetec unified system including access control, readers, panels, turnstiles and video surveillance
• Support facility systems such as Continuum, ScheduAll, EOMS and EPMS and TripShot
• Monitor global risk and incident response and mass communication apps
• Maintain integrations with third-party solutions via RESTful API, IIS and SQL reporting
• Maintain high standards with testing, documentation and deployment processes
• Ensure systems have daily checks and reliable communication links
• Diagnose root causes for network and systems problems and escalate when needed
• Manage escalations with third parties during incidents
• Create monthly metrics on system availability and firmware status
• Lead system upgrades/patching and collaborate with other Versant teams
