Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology domains (e.g. software, cloud, data analytics).
• 3+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI assistants.
• 3+ years end-to-end architecture, design, deployment for Generative AI/ML platforms.
• Proficient in design, deployment and evaluation of LLM-powered agents.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock critical challenges.
• Share best practices through blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical GTM components and initiatives.
• Develop field enablement materials for AWS specialists worldwide.
