Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building agentic AI assistants.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 3+ years of experience in end to end technical architecture, design, deployment and operations for Generative AI/ML platforms and applications.
• Proficient with design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents and orchestration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer; bring feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmap.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customers’ challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through blogs, whitepapers, architectures and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Business Development to define technical components of GTM concepts and initiatives.
• Develop and support an internal community of technical subject matter experts; create enablement materials for the field.
