Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Lead/Manager for its Global Capability Center to shape engineering capabilities and delivery models across client opportunities. You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define strategies and governance for scalable product and platform delivery, enabling transformation and faster innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year using AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable product/platform delivery models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
