Responsibilities include defining engineering strategies, governing models, and collaboration with solution teams to accelerate digital innovation while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years leading engineering, supply chain or Industry X programs across cross-functional teams.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape GCC design and setup by defining scalable engineering delivery models.
• Collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to align targets with business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance and delivery frameworks.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
