Job summary

Accenture seeks a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in the US to shape GCC design and setup, delivering scalable product and platform delivery. You will partner with solution teams to define engineering strategies and governance, driving enterprise transformation and innovation.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and technology, and establishing modern practices, with travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation incl. software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation leading cross-functional programs.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating model and business goals.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with HQ impact, accelerating digital innovation and alignment with business goals.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
