Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will respond to market demand by delivering scalable product and platform engineering solutions and guiding governance across engineering operations.

You will work with stakeholders to define strategies, build delivery models, and accelerate digital transformation, with travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering business value through innovative engineering

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
Define engineering strategies, design scalable delivery models, and align approaches with target operating models and business objectives.
Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for scalable operations within GCC.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
Travel up to 50% is required.
