You will work with solution teams and stakeholders to define strategies, design delivery models, and govern modern engineering practices across programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with HQ, driving transformation initiatives, and delivering high-quality engineering outcomes with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated to GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development.
• 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation; leading cross-functional programs.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable delivery models, and align with target operating model.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and scalable operations within GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50%.
