Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to shape and steer engineering capabilities within the Global Capability Center. You will guide strategy, delivery models, and governance for large-scale design and transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with solution teams and executives to accelerate digital innovation, embedding AI-enabled practices and scalable platforms across programs, with substantial travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Global Capability Center strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation.
• 2+ years in building scaling engineering organizations and GCC delivery centers.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape GCC design and setup for engineering capabilities at HQ.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models.
• Establish modern engineering practices and governance for GCC.
• Drive enterprise transformation programs and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
