Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities and enable successful GCC design and setup. You will provide engineering expertise across client opportunities, driving scalable, future-ready solutions.

The role requires a long track record in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation, including software development and engineering for products and platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies with solution teams and design scalable delivery models aligned to target operating models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation and business value.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
