Job summary

Accenture's Global Capability Center (GCC) Engineering Lead/Senior Manager will shape engineering capabilities and lead delivery across product and platform engineering, software delivery, and governance. In this role you will provide engineering expertise, respond to market demand, and drive scalable, future-ready engineering solutions.

You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to design scalable delivery models, establish modern practices, and accelerate digital innovation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers.
• Minimum of 1 year using AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable high-quality, efficient, and scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
