Job summary

Accenture, a global leader in AI-enabled technology and engineering, is seeking a senior leader to shape GCC design and delivery. The role focuses on defining engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance to enable transformation at scale across product, platform, and operations.

The position requires extensive experience in engineering leadership, AI-enabled tooling, and large-scale transformation, with significant travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, with deep expertise in product/platform engineering and operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with operating model goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for high-quality, scalable engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ, ensuring engineering capabilities support broader business goals and digital innovation.
