Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will drive product and platform delivery models, partner with solution teams, and implement modern engineering governance across the organization.

The role requires up to 50% travel, 8+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation, and experience building engineering organizations and data‑driven insights to accelerate digital innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years in engineering/Industry X transformation.
• 2+ years building engineering organizations and global delivery centers.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend engineering approaches that align with operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC to enable high-quality, scalable engineering operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, accelerating digital innovation.
