Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities enabling GCC design and setup. You will drive product/platform engineering delivery, define scalable models, and partner with clients to meet business objectives.

The role requires experience across engineering, solutions, and transformation, with ability to travel up to 50% and lead large cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering, software delivery, and operating models.
• Collaborate with solution teams and clients to define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with operating goals.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance that enable scalable operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation and align engineering capabilities with business goals.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
