Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will define strategies, design scalable delivery models, and drive governance for high-quality, efficient operations.

Travel up to 50% may be required to meet client engagements and enterprise transformation goals. You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to align engineering approaches with business objectives and modern practices, including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
