Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will drive scalable product and platform delivery, collaborating with solution teams and stakeholders to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, governance frameworks, and transformation programs across HQ. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
Minimum of 2 years building and scaling GCC engineering orgs, delivery centers, and operating models.
Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with expertise in product/platform engineering.
Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models.
Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks in the GCC.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation.
Travel up to 50% as required.
