Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in California to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup.

You will drive scalable product and platform delivery models, establish modern engineering practices, and govern delivery frameworks to enable high-quality, efficient operations within the GCC.

Travel up to 50% is required, and you will collaborate with solution teams and client stakeholders to accelerate digital innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Global Capability Center strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation incl. software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements, bringing deep expertise in product/platform engineering and software delivery.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product delivery models, and align approaches with target operating model and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for high-quality, efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
