Accenture seeks a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will define strategies, delivery models, and governance for product/platform engineering across client opportunities and HQ programs.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, modern engineering practices, and the ability to influence senior leaders while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, and data-driven insights to boost delivery and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with product and platform delivery expertise.
• Define engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance aligned to target operating models.
• Establish modern engineering practices and governance to enable efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs impacting HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
