Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager in California to shape engineering capabilities and enable scalable, future-ready delivery across client opportunities. You will respond to market demand, driving integrated solutions and collaborating with solution teams and client stakeholders.

You will lead in areas such as product/platform engineering, operating models, and governance, with a travel requirement up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements, bringing deep expertise in product engineering and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with target operating model and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance to enable high-quality, efficient engineering operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, accelerating digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
