Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape engineering capabilities that enable successful GCC design and setup. In this role you will provide engineering expertise across client opportunities, responding to market demand while driving scalable, integrated, and future-ready engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional leadership.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models and business objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks for GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
