Job summary

Accenture is seeking the Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. In this role you will respond to market demand while driving scalable, integrated technology solutions across client opportunities and internal programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, enable data- and AI-driven redesigns, and partner with HQ and solution teams to align with the target operating model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation in GCC.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, sales and delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ.
• Assess current tech landscape, define future-state architectures and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with HQ impact.
• Travel up to 50%.
