Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture enabling GCC design and setup. The role focuses on tech-enabled process reengineering, data and AI enablement, and cross-functional, end-to-end reinvention for new or existing capability centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation in GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
