Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. You will drive cross-functional, end-to-end reinvention with emphasis on data and AI enablement across client opportunities and HQ engagements.

Responsibilities include defining future-state architectures, assessing landscapes with stakeholders, and contributing to enterprise transformation programs, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design and large-scale transformation.
• At least 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models within GCC environments.
• At least 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, aligning with target operating models.
• Assess current technology landscapes, define future-state architectures, and recommend tech solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with technology decisions supporting broader goals.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites and engagements.
