Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams to craft architecture that enables tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing centers.

Role involves travel up to 50%, extensive stakeholder engagement including C-suite, and delivering scalable technology operating models within GCC environments

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
Minimum 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models in GCC environments.
Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
Define future-state architectures and recommend technology solutions aligned with target operating models and business objectives.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and travel up to 50%.
