Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. You will drive tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement across cross-functional, end-to-end reinvention initiatives.

Responsibilities include assessing current technology landscapes, defining future-state architectures, and advising on solutions that support operating models and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GCC strategy, organization design, operating models and large-scale business transformation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, with deep expertise in enterprise technology and system interoperability.
• Assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions aligned with target operating models.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
