Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years in GCC strategy and organization design, 2+ years in platform-led transformation, and 1+ year using AI and data insights to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GCC strategy and organization design experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in designing and scaling technology operating models.
• Minimum of 1 year using AI-enabled platforms and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, sales, and GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ.
• Assess technology landscape and define future-state architectures.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at headquarters.
• Travel up to 50%.
