Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Work closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
