Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Program Manager, Fulfillment to own regional order flows and ensure timely delivery from the dock to customers. You will orchestrate Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL interactions, resolve exceptions, and drive on-time carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

You’ll implement inventory reconciliations, provide updates to Customer Success, and uphold regional shipping standards while resolving sync errors within 24 hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics coordination experience.
• Understanding of order-to-cash and basic warehouse operations.
• Strong organization and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication with internal teams and external 3PL partners.
• Proactive, 'figure-it-out' attitude focused on execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily monitoring of regional order flows and integrate Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL systems.
• Resolve order exceptions to prevent shipping delays and friction.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, DHL and warehouse staff.
• Assist weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Provide real-time updates on high-priority orders to Customer Success teams.
• Audit outbound packaging and labeling for regional compliance.
• Identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks to leadership.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics according to policy.
• Resolve sync errors and clear stuck orders within 24 hours.
