Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Fulfillment to oversee regional outbound operations and 3PL partners. You will own the analytics of fulfillment spend, identify margin leakage, and optimize carrier networks while ensuring strong customer experience.

You will model costs for seasonal surges, lead the evolution of routing guides, and mentor coordinators on using data to justify operational changes. US-based multi-region responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in E-commerce fulfillment, 3PL management, or outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating data into strategic narratives for leadership.
• Bonus: Excel/SQL skills; Shopify fulfillment integration; Total Landed Cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations by overseeing daily fulfillment lifecycle and 3PL SLAs.
• Oversee regional fulfillment budgets and reduce cost per order via optimization strategies.
• Drive fulfillment analytics with Data/Systems teams and track OTIF and shipping margins.
• Collaborate on product launches and surges, modeling costs for volume spikes.
• Lead regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution optimization.
