Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA seeks a Fulfillment Strategy & Network Lead to architect and scale our global supply chain. You will drive regional hub launches, 3PL migrations, and the integration of advanced fulfillment technologies while partnering with Finance, Sales and Product to model future scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical or business field.
• Strong track record leading global, cross‑functional supply chain projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence C‑level and warehouse leaders.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguity into executable strategic plans.
• Experience with 3PL migrations, NPI readiness, and regional logistics design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global fulfillment and logistics roadmap aligning with growth and margin targets.
• Oversee end‑to‑end transitions: 3PL migrations, new warehouse launches, fulfillment tech integrations.
• Coordinate NPI readiness and global product launches across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement to fix bottlenecks in order‑to‑delivery processes.
• Model scenarios with Finance/Sales/Product for market expansion and carrier shifts.
• Shape a unified global operating model while maintaining data‑driven processes.
• Mentor a high‑performing global team and elevate leadership accountability.
