TikTok Shop in Seattle is seeking a Product Manager for Supply Chain Planning to own replenishment and inventory health strategies across FBT. You will drive end-to-end planning, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization to support global fulfillment and merchant experience.

The role emphasizes partnering with data, engineering, and logistics teams to scale solutions and reduce costs while improving service quality in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of product management experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning and inventory management fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills; able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to think outside the box and take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for FBT replenishment planning and inventory health.
• Build capabilities for when to replenish, how much to replenish, and where to replenish, using trends and constraints.
• Develop inventory health capabilities to address out-of-stock, aging, and regional imbalances.
• Collaborate with algorithm, data, engineering, supply chain operations, and merchant teams to scale solutions.
• Establish merchant feedback loops to improve forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and costs.
