Job summary

TikTok Shop is hiring in Seattle for an FBT Operations Excellence Manager to drive scalable fulfillment capabilities across global markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, sprint cycles, product development, supply chain or operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept ideation to launch within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, tech development, S&OP, and transportation to identify system improvements for fulfillment operations.
• Work with tech and operations teams to integrate new products into fulfillment center operations, optimizing inventory management and distribution processes.
• Write SOPs and conduct training for operations teams; act as liaison between product development and operations.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
