Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Senior Staff Scrum Master to lead delivery across Global Front of Stores Agile Release Train. You will partner with Product, Delivery and Engineering teams to plan, coordinate, and deploy large epics across our global stores.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Agile roles, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and SAFe experience. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a dynamic retail tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agile environments with Scrum/PM/Program Manager roles.
• Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, negotiation and mentoring skills.
• Lead diverse stakeholders and teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with SAFe ceremonies and cross-functional ART delivery.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver releases.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent IT delivery experience.
• SAFe or equivalent Scrum Master certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of work across the ART and clear obstacles.
• Coordinate deployments into production for large epics spanning multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute production deployments.
• Drive value and ensure on-time commitments.
