Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of international freight forwarding (air/ocean/inland).
• Experience with import/export documentation and track-and-trace systems.
• Understanding of customs compliance and export/import regulations.
• Proven operational management skills in logistics, vendor and carrier coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day international freight operations across air, ocean, and inland shipments.
• Coordinate consolidation and deconsolidation activities and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, track-and-trace, and delivery schedules; resolve carrier issues.
• Supervise customs compliance, cargo insurance claims support, and regulatory adherence.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams; maintain client and vendor relationships for service quality.
