Job summary

Amrecco is seeking an Import/Export Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in international freight forwarding, customs brokerage or import/export operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping shipments moving, takes initiative and can resolve day-to-day operational issues independently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in import/export operations or related fields.
• Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB and shipping docs.
• Experience with freight forwarders or customs brokers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track international import/export shipments from pre-alert through arrival and handoff.
• Review MAWB/HAWB, invoices, packing lists for accuracy.
• Coordinate with airlines, forwarders, brokers, warehouses and trucking providers.
• Follow up on delays, holds, or missing information.
• Resolve discrepancies in shipment data and delivery.
• Keep customers and teams informed of shipment status.
• Support customs-related processes with brokerage and warehouse teams.
• Maintain shipment records and operational reports.
