Adcom Worldwide is seeking a logistics professional to manage air and ocean import/export shipments from creation through billing. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and proactive communication with customers.

Responsibilities include preparing import documents in line with US Customs regulations, scheduling deliveries, and generating Excel reports. The candidate will also prepare invoices and deliver outstanding service with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of air/ocean import and export experience with a freight forwarder.
• Excellent communication, well organized and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling import/export documents and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle air and ocean import/export shipments from creation to billing.
• Prepare import documents per US Customs regulations.
• Schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Create Excel spreadsheets for reporting.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
