Job summary

You will partner with ocean and air carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics from an accredited university.
• Experience 2-5 years in Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international freight shipments across import and export operations.
• Handle daily tendering, order consolidation, exception management, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with ocean and air carriers, drayage providers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Support global and local procurement teams during bids and lane setups for overseas CM partners.
• Develop and maintain an international transportation scorecard to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and manage claims when needed.
