Job summary

Leschaco Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative based in Jersey City to drive new business, develop client relationships, and present logistics solutions to potential customers.

This role partners with Sales Leadership to build a target portfolio and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to quote delivery. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of freight forwarding or logistics sales, strong communication skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or related sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a target customer portfolio with Sales Leadership.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, virtual meetings and digital channels.
• Present Leschaco's services, value propositions, and logistics solutions to prospects.
• Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
