Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 3 years in transportation, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day freight forwarding activities for ocean and air shipments.
• Arrange inland transportation and drayage to support end-to-end operations.
• Coordinate warehouse and distribution services; ensure service commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers; resolve shipment issues.
• Monitor shipment status and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation complies with procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and update TMS, ERP, and databases with shipment data.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and performance metrics.
• Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Support onboarding for new customers in the West Region.
• Provide logistics support for cross-functional initiatives.
