Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Team Supervisor in Irvine, CA to lead pricing strategy execution for ocean, air, and LCL services. You will coordinate carrier quotations, support tender submissions, and maintain market intelligence to drive competitive pricing proposals.

The role requires strong analytical, commercial, and relationship management skills, along with collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to achieve business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of related experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Experience in pricing, quotations, RFQ/RFP processes, and carrier coordination within logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing proposals for Ocean, Air Freight, and related services.
• Coordinate pricing with ocean/air carriers, forwarders, and service providers.
• Support RFQ/RFP submissions and tender processes with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Maintain pricing records, market intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
