The role demands strong supply chain, logistics, and financial oversight skills. You will lead teams across regions, ensuring timely decisions and optimized performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding including air and ocean freight, drayage, and trucking services.
• Obtain necessary licenses for sales execution in High & Heavy market.
• Support senior business development managers in client meetings, negotiations, and proposals.
• Monitor and report sales performance data for senior management.
• Coordinate with Western and Eastern regions, managing time-zone differences as needed.
• Develop and distribute SOPs by cargo type to institutionalize knowledge.
