Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is hiring a Senior Analyst – Global Business Sales and Operations based in Irvine, CA. This role involves coordinating and monitoring 3PL/NVOCC documentation processing and ensuring accurate communication with clients regarding vessel ETA.

The ideal candidate should have strong logistics knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Excel. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering quality service and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of direct experience in transportation and/or logistics required.
• 4 - 7 years of direct experience in transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain logistics preferred.
• Hazmat training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain end-to-end 3PL documentation workflows.
• Monitor and track container movements daily across truck drayage and port terminals.
• Communicate vessel schedule changes and documentation updates to clients.
• Coordinate and meet urgent documentation cut off deadlines.
• Manage all customer required documents to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Support truck brokerage operations.
• Manage outbound bookings with multiple steamship lines.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient with PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

Education

H.S Diploma/G.E.D

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
